Effect of resin tapping system and collection period on resin production and growth traits in 12-year-old Pinus elliottii var. elliottii

Resin tapping is an activity designed to extract resin from trees, especially species of the genus Pinus. Current systems and collecting are well known, but further study needed make these more efficient profitable for producers. Therefore, this work aimed evaluate effect five during different collection periods on production growth trees a population Pinus elliottii var. planted in Itapetininga, SP.
